ANCHOVIES WITH AVOCADO
INGREDIENTS
- 1 baguette
- Cantabrian Anchovies in olive oil
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- Half avocado
- 50 g arugula
- Salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
- Cut the baguette into thin slices and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
- Cut the tomatoes and avocado into cubes and finely the arugula. Put extra virgin olive oil, pepper and a little salt. Stir slowly.
- At this point just put a teaspoon of avocado flavored with cherry tomatoes and arugula on the crouton and lay over a fillet of anchovy. Bon appetit!
