RUSSIAN SALAD WITH BONITO DEL NORTE
INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
Bonito del Norte in olive oil – 215 g
4 carrots
Canned peas – 150g
225 ml of mayon
PREPARATION
- Carefully wash and peel potatoes and carrots
- Boil the vegetables in salted water until they are well cooked, taking care not to flake them
- Cut the vegetables into cubes and let them cool
- In a bowl, add a little oil, mix the cut vegetables, the drained tuna and the peas
- Finally, gradually add the mayonnaise until the mixture is firm and homogeneous
- Let stand in the fridge for at least an hour

Serve with croutons of bread
